Calculating of referral fees requires that members, included in your calculation,
are members in good standing. Members in "Good" standing are those members who are
up to date with their monthly subscriber fee.
Referral fees are distributed via PayPal. This means that you will have to have
a valid PayPal account. PayPal information is entered on you member profile page.
